AI-powered broadcast solutions provider Futuri Media has unveiled “a substantial redesign” of its real-time content intelligence platform, TopicPulse. The platform helps content creators, broadcasters and digital publishers identify what their audiences are engaging with at the moment and serves as a customized guide to creating relevant content for key platforms.
TopicPulse provides real-time, actionable insights. Futuri says the platform allows users to identify trending stories in local markets, uncover unique story angles, predict audience interests, and monitor competitors’ coverage. These features focus on informing broadcasters about the content that resonates most with their audiences.
Ensuring continued audience engagement
The redesigned TopicPulse enables users to determine the best content to feature on-air, online and on social media, ensuring continued audience engagement. It supports the creation of custom content categories, called “smart pulses,” that track story engagement in topics most relevant to specific audiences. The tool also highlights story angles that have been covered and, critically, those that have not, enabling broadcasters to deliver fresh perspectives. Its Community Radar feature also tracks activity in select Facebook groups without requiring users to leave the TopicPulse platform.
The platform scans X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and more than 250,000 news sources in real-time to identify stories that resonate with local audiences and target demographics.
