WorldDAB is hosting a special session at IBC2022 titled “New opportunities and new audiences on DAB+.” The session takes place on Sunday, Sept. 11, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., in Room E102.
The event will cover key lessons learned from the 2021 Car Buyers Survey and the industry’s response to the findings; the importance of metadata for broadcasters aiming to reach audiences in connected cars; how to personalize content for those users; small-scale DAB+ and open-source DAB+; and successful case studies of stations in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.Â
