Lawo has appointed Martin Braun as the new head of sales for the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. He will drive sales strategies, expand market presence and foster client relationships. He will be based in Munich.
Braun brings more than 25 years of experience in the broadcast industry to the role. Before joining Lawo, he held key positions at Linde, Pinnacle and Avid. He most recently managed broadcast and audio sales in the DACH region, Eastern Europe, CIS, the Middle East and India. He also oversaw the channel partner network and supervised all sales activities, including sales growth and pipeline development. He holds a Dipl. Ing degree in physical engineering from FH Munich.
Lawo said Braun’s industry knowledge and expertise are expected to further its commitment to providing advanced solutions and quality customer service. Lawo’s deputy CEO, Jamie Dunn, said, “Martin’s extensive experience and proven track record in sales leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate in the broadcast and media technology sector.”
