Antenna maker and related products producer Dielectric has announced the promotion of company veteran Kim Savage to Vice President of Marketing and Business Services. She has been with Dielectric since 1999.
Savage said, “I have a new opportunity to make an impact on the future of our FM radio business, both on the technology and management sides. There has always been encouragement from the top down to be creative and try new things. The doors to new opportunity are still here and always have been.”

Savage will also be working on enlarging Dielectric’s outreach to new markets and new partnerships. The announcement noted, “New partnerships in 2024 include SCMS in North America, which very quickly produced a notable rise in FM radio sales for Dielectric. In November, Pippin Technical Service signed on as Dielectric’s sales and support partner throughout Western Canada.”
Dielectric President Keith Pelletier said, “For over 25 years, Kim has been a driving force behind our company’s vision, strategically showcasing our strengths through our greatest challenge — the broadcast repack — and paving the way for our future in the FM market.”
