Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio has announced the Erica Farber Mentorship in Management class of 2026, with the year-long program sponsored by WideOrbit.
MIW said the initiative selects four women from across the radio broadcasting sector to take part in a structured mentorship program focused on leadership development and career progression. Participants come from a range of disciplines, including sales, marketing, programming and digital.
MIW said the 2026 class includes:
- Angela Williams, manager of business operations at Crawford Media Group in Chicago
- Bridget England, program director and morning show host at 96 Rock in Cincinnati, part of Cumulus
- Cassie Reimold, regional digital sales manager at Salem Media, covering Tampa, Orlando and Atlanta
- Kelly Harlow Pruitt, general sales manager at Cumulus Media in Indianapolis
The program honors the legacy of Erica Farber, a longtime radio industry executive and advocate whose work MIW says helped open pathways for women into senior management and executive roles.
Extraordinary potential and dedication
“This year’s class reflects the incredible talent and momentum we continue to see from women across the audio industry,” said Jenna Miller, chair of the 2026 MIW Mentoring Committee and a 2021 graduate of the MIW Mildred Carter Mentoring Program. “Each of these women has demonstrated extraordinary potential and dedication to their craft. I’m excited to watch their growth as they gain new tools, confidence and connections through this program.”
Sheila Kirby, board president of MIW, said the organization values WideOrbit’s continued support. “We are deeply grateful to WideOrbit for their unwavering partnership and belief in this mission,” Kirby said. “The class of 2026 represents the leaders who will shape the future of our industry. Supporting their journey not only honors Erica’s legacy, it strengthens the entire audio ecosystem.”
