The format of this year’s RadioTv Forum in Rome has been announced, and it is a packed agenda that covers regulatory, technical and automotive radio broadcasting in Italy.
The conference, which takes place on June 21 is the annual conference of Aeranti-Corallo, the Italian federation which represents about 600 local radio and television stations across the country.
As usual, the federation has organized a busy day, which will be kicked off by Aeranti president and coordinator of Aeranti-Corallo, Marco Rossignoli, with a “2023 Report on the state of local radio and television broadcasting.”
A round table entitled “DVB-T2/HEVC: an urgent, necessary and possible transition” and a session on “Regulatory aspects of the launch of digital radio broadcasts in the local area” will follow before lunch, with a closer look at in-car entertainment picking up speed after the break.
“Radioplayer, a solution for the automotive industry and for all other connected devices” will be followed by a more technical seminar called “The world of industry compared: Solutions for DAB+ radio,” with representatives from the companies Aldena, Gatesair, Itel, Syes and Telsat.
“Connected TV and HbbTv: opportunities for local television and radio” will close the day at 4 p.m.
The event starts at 10:30 a.m. at Piazza Gioacchino Belli n. 2 (Confcommercio Building), Sala Orlando, Rome.
