Ferncast has added Monza, Italy-based systems integrator Leading Technologies to its growing list of distributors in Europe.
Leading Technologies provides professional audio, video and LED products for the Italian market, and focuses on virtualized solutions for radio broadcasters.
Through the agreement, the company offers customizable all-in-one software packages for OTT streaming and SIP broadcasting, including Ferncast’s fernStation, fernStudio, fernStudio light with a ready-made aixtream software installation. Leading Technologies also now distributes the Ferncast fernBerrie for smaller radio stations and fernSecurity for the security sector, both powered by aixtream as well.
“In Italy there is a growing demand for alternative and innovation solutions for audio distribution, contribution and archiving,” said Roberto Frigerio, Leading Technologies’ technical director for audio. “Our customers are looking for scalable, flexible and future-oriented solutions, and the Ferncast aixtream software is the perfect answer to their needs.”
Ferncast Aixtream is a scalable software solution that operates as a server or VM installation. It’s also available as part of complete hardware packages.
