Ozen.fm, an audio monetization and podcast network focused on connecting creators with advertising demand, has appointed Bruno Pinheiro as network manager as it expands its podcasting activities in Latin America.
Based in São Paulo, Pinheiro will oversee the development of the company’s podcast network, which Ozen.fm says currently includes around 100 shows in Brazil. The company says he will work with creators and production teams to bring new talent into the network, scale existing programs and extend reach across Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
Ozen.fm says the role will focus on identifying emerging voices, growing its slate of original content and supporting creators with infrastructure and strategic guidance. The company positions these efforts as part of a broader plan to strengthen its presence in Latin America’s podcast sector and to attract advertisers seeking regional scale.
Rodrigo Tigre, co-founder and president of Ozen.fm, said, “Bruno has been instrumental in helping shape the next phase of Ozen.fm’s podcast network expansion. His deep knowledge of the regional audio landscape and strong relationships with creators are helping us build a network that reflects the diversity, creativity and momentum of podcasting throughout Latin America.”
Pinheiro has worked across advertising, radio and digital audio operations. Ozen.fm says this experience supports its strategy of building sustainable podcast businesses in emerging markets through long-term creator development and network growth.
“Podcasting in Latin America is entering a period of rapid growth, with new talent and formats gaining traction every day,” Pinheiro said. “At Ozen.fm, we are committed to providing creators with the tools, support and distribution needed to help their shows reach new audiences and thrive.”
