WorldCast Systems announced a new version of its Ecreso FM 100 W to 2000 W transmitters. The 1.9.0 release, the company says, brings new features and improvements for additional control and savings.
Ecreso FM 100 W–2000 W are fully digital transmitters for analog FM. According to the manufacturer, these transmitters combine reliable performance, high efficiency of up to 72% and advanced technology into a compact, modular 2U or 3U chassis design.
The latest version allows users to automate a configuration change or send GPIO commands in case of specific alarms. The update also includes additional RDS settings.
Worldcast Systems noted that a new version of their SmartFM algorithm enables broadcasters to reduce their energy consumption by up to 40%, lowering expenses and CO2 emissions.
“We are committed to offering FM transmitters that always meet the highest quality standards and we hope the advanced features included in 1.9.0 will benefit network operators and broadcasters with easier maintenance, more control and more savings,” said David Houze, product manager at WorldCast Systems. “Our solutions are designed with total cost of ownership and user experience in mind.”
WorldCast Systems is now offering a new end-to-end Support Level Agreement as well as their optional 10-year warranty program.
