According to the Telos Alliance, the Axia Altus SE, part of the Studio Essentials family of Telos Alliance broadcast tools, brings the power and flexibility of the Axia Altus virtual mixing console to a micro-PC platform for easy remote deployment and silent operation. Altus SE offers remote talent all the powerful features of Axia virtual mixing without the complexity of container deployment or the cost of external hosting.
Altus SE starts with eight faders but can expand up to 24 in four-fader increments by simply upgrading the license. Its compact, fanless package is ideal for OB setups, remote kits, tight studio spaces, or anywhere else needing a virtual mixer with remote capabilities.
Altus SE connects to Axia Livewire+ AES67 networks with just a single click, making installation a breeze, according to the Telos Alliance. Altus SE also supports WebRTC connectivity via Telos’ optional Spotlight SaaS signaling server, which simplifies audio contribution and monitoring by eliminating the need for a local beacon server, enabling low-latency, browser-based mixing and monitoring with no custom configuration or server setup required.
