As previously noted in RedTech this year’s edition of SwissRadioDay, Aug. 29 in Zurich, is celebrating its 25th year. It has now announced a number of speakers and guests.
Straight from a release the speakers and their topics will include: “Dr. Martin Andree, about Big Tech; Arabella Droz, RTS, about promoting media among Next Gen; Jem Stone, Head of Social Media at the BBC, about how their channels benefit from such media; Dr. Anna Jobin from EMEK; and Bertold Heil about device usage.”
Continuing, Dr. Steven Goldstein, University of NYC, will discuss “radio usage by Generation Alpha” while Maximilian Knop will weigh “the end of today’s radio apps.” Dr. Tanja Hackenbruch, Mediapulse, will examine streaming data. York Strempel of KissFM Berlin, will look at next-generation radio talent. Nik Eugster, CH Media, takes on “radio and the added value of podcasts.”
According to the release, Till Simoleit, BigFM, and Markkus Spillmann, #usethenews, will talk about “about news formatting for Next Gen.” Hitting on the biggest topic in radio these days, AI, will be Frank Puscher, MEEDIA.
The one-day show will take place at Zurich’s Kaufleuten.
