Super Hi-Fi has introduced Control Room, a cloud-based platform that manages live radio broadcasts remotely across an entire station network. According to the company, Control Room enables radio hosts to operate live shows from various locations using a single system accessible via Mac, Windows, iOS or Android devices.
Super Hi-Fi says Control Room is built around a collaborative hosting model that allows multiple presenters from different locations to contribute with minimal setup. The platform includes native touch-first applications and features like video collaboration, group chat and customizable soundboards. The company says the interface is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, with tools such as countdown timers, one-click mic control and local weather updates.
The system also incorporates Super Hi-Fi’s proprietary MagicStitch production AI, which, according to the company, automatically handles transitions between audio elements in a way that mirrors manual production.
Integration with Telos Alliance Axia
Control Room integrates with the Telos Alliance Axia line of broadcast mixing consoles. Super Hi-Fi says broadcasters can connect an Axia console like the Quasar, Altus, iQ or Radius to the Control Room cloud engine using a six-digit code, enabling seamless audio routing between remote locations and station infrastructure.
Zack Zalon, CEO of Super Hi-Fi, said, “Control Room gives presenters and broadcasters the flexibility to produce live shows from anywhere.” He added that the platform was developed to simplify operations previously tied to physical studios and complex workflows.
Marty Sacks, executive vice president of sales, marketing and strategy at Telos Alliance, said, “With deep integration between the Telos Alliance Axia ecosystem and the Super Hi-Fi platform, broadcasters should feel confident that their investments in studio technology will work with the next generation of radio operations.”
Super Hi-Fi is at the 2025 NAB Show but will showcase Control Room by invitation only. You can learn more and request a meeting here.
