RCS Worldwide has appointed Tammy Halcomb, senior vice president of products, and Merideth Kelly, senior vice president of global client experience and transformation. Halcomb will report to Chief Technology Officer Chip Jellison, while Kelly will report to CEO and President Susan Larkin.
Halcomb will lead RCS Worldwide’s global product organization, set strategy for its broadcast technology portfolio, and oversee product development. The company said she will bring together development, design and customer insight to create tools that help media companies automate, optimize and grow.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in broadcast technology, enterprise software, advertising automation and AI-driven product innovation. Before joining RCS, Halcomb was vice president of product development at Gemini XIII, where she led cross-functional teams developing enterprise solutions for the media and audio industries. Earlier, she held senior product leadership roles at WideOrbit and Marketron, where she worked on advertising technology platforms for broadcasters and media companies.
“Tammy is a collaborative leader who brings out the best in the teams around her,” Jellison said. “Her ability to listen to customers, align development and product, and deliver solutions that truly move the needle is exactly what we need as we continue to innovate. I’m excited to work alongside her as we build the next generation of products together.”
Kelly will lead RCS Worldwide’s global client experience function and transformation initiatives. The company said she will focus on client relationships, service delivery and aligning its capabilities with the changing needs of media companies.
Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in media and technology, spanning implementation, project management, development, revenue operations and professional services. She began her career in radio, broadcast and cable newsrooms, and wrote and produced the Emmy-nominated series “Seahawks All Access.” At WideOrbit, she advanced from onboarding specialist to vice president of strategic solutions. RCS said she has built teams to support clients throughout their relationship with the company and to align sales, product and service functions around client needs.
“Merideth’s appointment reflects our commitment to putting clients at the center of everything we do and to building the future alongside them. She brings a rare combination of operational depth and strategic vision, and I’m confident she will transform the way our clients experience RCS Worldwide. This is about more than service delivery; it’s about partnership, transformation and building lasting value together,” Larkin said.
Larkin added, “Tammy and Merideth represent exactly the kind of bold, experienced leadership that will carry RCS Worldwide forward. Tammy will push our product vision further and faster, ensuring we continue to deliver technology that empowers users worldwide. Merideth will fundamentally reimagine how we show up for our clients, making every interaction smarter, more seamless, and more meaningful. Together, they strengthen every dimension of what we do: What we build and how we serve the people who rely on it. Our industry is evolving rapidly and RCS Worldwide is committed to leading that change.”
