DTS report highlights importance of vehicle ownership and third-space role
The second RedTech Summit kicked off on June 12 at Le Château de la Tour, an historical château nestled in the Chantilly Forest on the northern outskirts of Paris.
Away from the clamor and clatter of the city, CEOs, CTOs and CSOs from the audio broadcast and digital audio sector gathered to help steer its future direction.
Although they share challenges, their approaches differ, and that’s what makes the Summit unique. There is no voice dominating discussion, no distractions and no place for egos. Input is lively and unrestricted; the insights presented are shared, adapted and adopted.
Those present this year represented 17 countries, and they brought their combined and diverse skills and perspectives. They also contributed a most precious resource: Their time.
Kick off
As the sun dipped behind the forest to the excited chatter of starlings swirling and diving overhead, RedTech cofounders Marguerite Clark and Philippe Chapot and Head of Strategy and Business Development Omar Essack welcomed everyone to the event, with a special mention to the sponsors — Audience, Beasley, Benztown, Ferncast, NeoGroupe, Quu, RadioAct, RCS, Super Hi-Fi and Xperi — who make the event possible. Each one is heavily invested in the future of our sector and are in various ways its powerhouse.
At the pop of a champagne cork, the Summit kicked into gear, and those present wasted no time in connecting, reconnecting and lighting the spark of the lively debates that are to follow.
