Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. has teamed up with Beasley Media Group to launch a new initiative to support women in digital radio sales. The “Digital Sales Mentorship” program is a year-long initiative open to US-based female radio and digital sellers or managers with at least three years of sales experience seeking to advance their careers in digital sales.
The chosen mentee will receive monthly coaching from an experienced mentor and guidance from digital subject matter experts. Key focus areas will include digital marketing, streaming and podcasting, digital video, social media, client ROI, and overcoming client objections.
Applications are open to one female digital seller from any U.S.-based radio company. The deadline to apply is Oct. 14, 2024.

This mentorship will help provide the direction needed to navigate these changes and foster success.”
