Ferncast recently hosted a webinar in collaboration with SessionLinkPRO titled “On-Air Anywhere: Call, Record, Go Live!” to showcase new options in remote audio workflows.
During the session, Ferncast experts demonstrated the integration of SessionLinkPRO’s browser-based communication tools into the aixtream platform. The presentation included a walkthrough of how to manage multiple WebRTC connections within a single system, streamlining remote contribution. Tim Proegler, CEO of SessionLinkPRO, joined as a special guest.
Reliable and flexible audio contribution is crucial — whether from an OB van, the studio, or the MCR. Ferncast explains that its aixtream software is built with this in mind, supporting SIP, WebRTC, SRT, and more, with integration into a wide range of professional workflows.
According to the company, the software supports MADI, AES67/Ravenna, Livewire, and Dante, and offers features like redundant streaming and remote monitoring for secure, high-quality contribution.
