
Cumulus Media has appointed Brian Sines as vice president and market manager for its Des Moines cluster. He will oversee four stations: 95 KGGO (classic rock), Nash FM 97.3 (country), 92.5 KJJY (country) and 98.3 The Vibe (CHR).
Sines has more than 20 years of experience in U.S. radio and local media. Most recently, he was senior marketing consultant at Steel City Media in Kansas City. Before that, he served as general manager for Leighton Media in Winona, Minn., and as regional market president for Townsquare Media in Eastern Iowa and Southwest Louisiana. He was also market president for Townsquare in Texarkana, and held sales and management roles with iHeartMedia in Wisconsin and Iowa, including market manager for iHeartMedia Burlington.
