Benztown has produced an audio tribute to Pope Francis, who died at the Vatican on Easter Monday at age 88.
Born Jorge Mario Bergoglio in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Dec. 17, 1936, he became the first pope from the Americas and the Southern Hemisphere. He was elected the 266th pontiff in 2013 after Pope Benedict XVI’s resignation.
Pope Francis made a final public appearance on Easter Sunday, greeting crowds in St. Peter’s Square.
The Benztown tribute was written by Mike McVay, produced by Peter Murphy and voiced by Charlie Cook.
