The country’s FM spectrum is congested, and attempts to free up some of the spectrum for new players is proving difficult
Barix is planning a webinar to show how its IP Former works to retrofit analog loudspeaker installations. There will be two options for joining on Feb. 9 — 10 a.m. CET and 5 p.m. CET.
The webinar gives an overview of the IP Former and review design considerations, configuration, security and setup. Barix’s Davide Nossa will share insights, give tips and tricks and do a live demo.
The IP Former is a networking solution for loudspeakers. It adds IP encoding and decoding functions to analog loudspeakers, says the company. It can be used for speakers to play background music, live announcements, emergency warnings or triggered message playback and announcements over SIP.
Barix encourages PA system installers, background music providers and AV & VoIP consultants to attend.
