Quu Inc. has announced the addition of Alan Jurison, a veteran broadcast engineer, to focus on innovation and special projects. Reporting to Joe Marshall, senior director of technical services, Jurison will lead efforts to enhance radio broadcasts with dynamic visual programming and sales messaging.
Jurison brings years of experience as a senior operations engineer at iHeartMedia, where he earned recognition for advancing technology and strategy, particularly for his contributions in promoting industry standards and best practices as well as expanding data displays for RDS and HD Radio services.
“Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about advancing radio technology and highlighting the significance of metadata, especially in the digital dashboard,” said Jurison. “Joining Quu allows me to continue that mission.
