Mentoring & Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. has named Jessica Reid of Townsquare Media Northwest Michigan as its 2026 MIW Digital Mentee and Dara Kalvort, VP of digital sales and strategy at StreamGuys, as digital lead mentor.
MIW, a nonprofit focused on advancing female leadership in radio broadcasting, says its digital mentorship program is designed to support rising leaders in digital sales and strategy through structured guidance and direct access to senior industry executives.
Reid is a multi-media account executive at Townsquare Media, where she works on integrated digital and audio advertising solutions for local, regional and national brands. According to MIW, she transitioned from a pure-play digital company to Townsquare Media to deepen her exposure to audio and expand her expertise in combining audio and digital strategies.

“I’m honored to be selected as an MIW Digital Mentee,” Reid said. “This mentorship is an opportunity to strengthen my leadership skills, learn from industry leaders shaping the future of digital and audio, and continue delivering smarter, more effective advertising solutions in a rapidly evolving media landscape.”
Kalvort, VP of digital sales and strategy at StreamGuys, will lead the mentorship. MIW Board President Sheila Kirby said Kalvort has been “an instrumental partner” in the program and brings experience in digital revenue strategy and streaming innovation.
“Dara’s leadership and expertise in digital strategy make her an extraordinary mentor for this program,” Kirby said. “Jessica represents the next generation of forward-thinking sales leaders, and with Dara’s guidance, we are confident this mentorship will have a lasting impact.”
Kalvort said Reid’s move into audio demonstrates “strategic vision and a commitment to innovation.” Under the program structure, MIW says Reid will take part in monthly strategic coaching sessions with Kalvort and other digital and audio executives, focusing on revenue innovation, integrated campaign execution and leadership development.
