
Triton Digital has released its U.S. Podcast Ranker for the November 2024 reporting period (Nov. 4 – Dec. 1), as measured by its Podcast Metrics service.
The iHeart Audience Network maintained the #1 position on the Top Sales Networks Report for November, with 66.0 million average weekly downloads and 19.4 million average weekly users. NPR ranked #2 with 25.8 million average weekly downloads and 6.7 million average weekly users, followed by Wondery at #3 with 19.2 million average weekly downloads and 7.1 million average weekly users.
The top three podcasts by downloads for this period were “NPR News Now” (NPR) at #1, “Up First” (NPR) at #2 and “The Dan Bongino Show” (Cumulus Podcast Network) at #3. For listeners, “NPR News Now” and “Up First” also took the top two spots, with “The Dan Bongino Show” moving up to #3.
Several new podcasts made their debut on the ranker for November. “Someone Knows Something” (CBC/Radio-Canada) appeared in both the downloads and listeners categories. Other new entries in downloads included “The Sports Junkies” (Audacy Podcast Network), “It’s Been a Minute with Sam Sanders” (NPR), “The Chris Plante Show” (Cumulus Podcast Network) and “The Ben Ferguson Podcast” (iHeart Audience Network). For listeners, notable debuts included “Brooke and Jeffrey: Second Date Update” (iHeart Audience Network) and “Against The Odds” (Wondery).
