
Super Hi-Fi has announced the addition of Bo Matthews as its new director of radio programming services. The company says that with over two decades of experience in the entertainment, media, and music industries, Matthews brings extensive knowledge and a background in innovation that aligns with its mission to enhance radio listening experiences while reducing operational complexity and cost.
Matthews has received industry recognition, including the Marconi Award, Program Director of the Year, and Station of the Year from Radio & Records Magazine. His experience includes radio programming, media management, artist management and talent coaching. His career has focused on creating engaging content, driving ratings for top stations, and executing successful media strategies.

In his new role, Matthews and his team will collaborate with broadcast radio companies and their talent, ensuring Super Hi-Fi’s radio solutions reflect the creative goals of program directors. The team will also oversee the quality of output from every radio station powered by the company’s AI platform, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality listening experiences.
