Radiodays Europe’s Podcast Day online takes place Oct. 26.
The virtual event will host video presentations over two tracks. The main stage will include discussions and panels covering the latest podcasting news, the platform’s role during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as its evolution in meeting audience needs. Topics will include “Podcast Audiences; The Kids are at Home;” “Podcast Trends: Market Overview;” and “Can Podcast Hits Go Global?”
The Festival stage will follow in the afternoon and offer a wide range of topical presentations as well as a number of tutorial sessions focusing on specific aspects of podcasting. These will include the basics in content creation, promotion, distribution and platforms, revenue generation, tech gear, and creating the best sound and audio imaging.
Sessions here will comprise “Harness the Power of Pragmatic Audio;” “Podcast Research: YouGov;” and “Pragmatic Advertising: Monetizing With Creative Control.”
