The organizers of Radiodays Europe 2024 have announced more speakers for the event in Munich on Mar. 17–19.
The speakers include the following:
- Bernd Rasser, station manager of Radio Mainwelle
- York Strempel, program director of 98.8 Kiss FM
- Frizz Lauterbach, digital lead for Bayern 1 and Bayern 3
- Pat Bryson, CEO of Bryson Broadcasting International
- Giedrius Masalskis, head of radio for LRT
- Thomas Hinrichs, director of current affairs and sports for Bayerischer Rundfunk
- Max Brandl, product designer and manager with Bayerischer Rundfunk | AI + Automation Lab
- Uli Köppen, lead AI + automation lab and BR data with Bayerischer Rundfunk | AI + Automation Lab
- Vanessa Baur, head of sales, ams – Radio und MediaSolutions
- Podcast producer Ella Gibson-Weekes
- Miriam Harner, podcast team lead, editor and journalist with the EBU
- Matthieu Rawolle, senior media analyst with the EBU
The organizers have also invited Paula Szuchman, director of audio at the New York Times, to Radiodays Europe this year. Szuchman will speak about the content and usability of the New York Times audio app, revealing its successes and failures and the strategy behind its impressive podcast slate.
