WorldCast Systems has released version 1.2.0 of its Audemat MC6 test and measurement platform, introducing a range of new features designed to enhance audio, FM and DAB analysis, along with improved data management and reporting tools.
According to the company, the update was developed in close collaboration with users, ensuring the inclusion of features most relevant to day-to-day operations in labs, drive tests and regulatory compliance.
Among the key additions is a new Audio Analyzer module, which allows for the analysis of both analog and AES audio inputs, including levels, spectrum and vectorscope visualizations. The FM Analyzer now supports analog and digital MPX inputs, featuring new capabilities such as frequency and pilot measurements, as well as vectorscope functionality.
For DAB analysis, the MC6 now supports simultaneous decoding of all multiplex services, including DLS and SLS data. The drive test modules for both FM and DAB have also been upgraded, particularly in sequential mode and data collection for DAB.
In addition, the update introduces faster, memory-saving automatic report generation and a new file management menu that consolidates reports, templates, antenna calibrations and masks.
Version 1.2.0 is now available to users under an MC6 Service Contract.
