RadioWeek 2026 examines data, trust and AI in five focused sessions
Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio has extended the application deadline for its 2026 Digital Sales Mentorship Program. The U.S.-based nonprofit, which focuses on advancing female leadership in radio, says candidates now have until Dec. 29, 2025, to apply.
The program, launched last year, is designed to support the development of women working in digital sales roles across radio and audio media in the United States. MIW says the year-long mentorship offers a career-accelerating opportunity for one selected participant, who will receive personalized coaching from senior digital sales executives.
According to MIW, the chosen mentee will take part in monthly one-on-one sessions with an experienced digital sales leader and gain access to subject-matter experts across the digital ecosystem. The organization says the training will cover areas such as digital marketing and analytics, streaming audio and podcast advertising, digital video and cross-platform integration, social media strategy, third-party vendor partnerships, CNA strategy and ROI measurement, overcoming client objections and broader sales leadership development.
Applications are open to women with at least three years of sales experience who currently work in radio or digital media sales in the U.S. MIW emphasizes that the program will select only one mentee for 2026.
The organization says the extended deadline provides additional time for qualified applicants to submit before the window closes on Dec. 29, 2025.
