DHD marks 30 years with AI tools and firmware updates at NAB Show
Broadcast equipment maker DHD.audio says it will be participating in the upcoming Future of Media Exhibition show, nicknamed Fomex, Feb. 19–21, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
It will be in booth C6 with its Dubai-based distributor Beamcast.
An announcement said the focus will be on DHD’s flagship RX2 modular on-air radio and TV console and the smaller TX2 compact production mixer.
According to the release, the RX2 was “Developed for use in on-air radio and television studios, master control rooms and OB vehicles” as a centerpiece.
The TX2 is “Designed for daily operation in newsrooms, talk studios, OB trucks, digital newsgathering vehicles and edit suites.” It is often used with other DHD consoles especially as a content creation and feed for on-air consoles and networks.
Both are designed for use with a DHD IP core processing unit such as the XC3.
