NAB redesigns Spot Center for radio public service campaigns
Nautel has appointed Scott Marchand as head of quality assurance as well as support and sustain, expanding the responsibilities of the 29-year company veteran. Marchand previously led the company’s support and sustain activities as production engineering manager. In his new role, he will oversee both quality assurance and support and sustain, bringing the two functions together under a single leadership structure.
Kevin Rodgers, president and CEO of Nautel, said the move will strengthen the connection between product development and customer support. “By bringing Quality Assurance and Support and Sustain together under Scott’s leadership, we are creating greater alignment between product quality, customer support, and long-term product sustainment,” Rodgers said. “This will help us further enhance the customer experience while ensuring we maintain the high-quality standards Nautel is known for.”
Marchand said Nautel’s long-standing focus on quality and customer support has shaped its reputation in the broadcast industry. “Nautel has a worldwide reputation for quality products and lifetime customer support,” he said. “Having spent nearly three decades at Nautel, I’ve seen firsthand the commitment our teams bring to product quality and customer success. Those teams play a critical role in maintaining that reputation.”
He added, “I’m excited to work with our Quality Assurance and Support and Sustain teams to build on that foundation, continue driving improvement, and help ensure we deliver the level of quality and support our customers have come to expect from Nautel.”
