Sennheiser Spectera sits at center of NEP Australia’s audio overhaul
The Ryan Seacrest Foundation has opened a state-of-the-art broadcast media center in the United States at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. This is the 12th media center built by the Foundation, founded by media entrepreneur, radio personality, and television host and producer Ryan Seacrest and his family. Named Seacrest Studios, they serve pediatric hospitals, allowing patients to explore the creative realms of radio, television and new media to aid in the healing process for children and their families during their stay.
According to the Foundation, Seacrest Studios provide a variety of programming to the patients in the hospitals, whether they are physically in the studio or watching through a closed-circuit network from their in-room TV screen.
Patients can host their own radio and television shows, play games, watch live musical performances and interview celebrity guests. The studio is encased in glass, allowing patients, staff and visitors to view the daily programming happening inside.
This marks the 12th Seacrest Studio nationwide, with more to come.
