Sennheiser Spectera sits at center of NEP Australia’s audio overhaul
VRT Radio 1 in Belgium has chosen Amsterdam-based radio imaging and jingle company Audio Brothers to create a brand-new custom jingle package.
The brief was to “make sure the brand identity and tone don’t get lost in the unstructured cacophony of everyday delusion, but instead become a harmonious, melodic and rhythmic interplay that helps to gain brand value and market share.”
Audio Brothers says it believes radio imaging needs to stand out more than ever before, because in the highly fragmented and crowded media landscape radio stations find themselves, they need something truly inspiring, curious and exciting.
The new jingle package consists of a top-of-the-hour, news imaging, show starts and flow jingles. Audio Brothers says the jingle package presents an urgent and international character for actuality and news on the one hand, and variety and playfulness on the other.
“Audio Brothers fully understands how we want VRT Radio 1 to evolve in terms of audio branding in the future,” says Alain Ryckman, head of VRT’s radio imaging. “Radio 1 unites many worlds, which the team at Audio Brothers managed to translate perfectly into their compositions. Their interesting musical approach and the close cooperation are a plus for us.”
