UNESCO is looking for a campaign coordinator for World Radio Day, which takes place on Feb. 13, 2023. The position is for six months — from October 2022 to April 2023 — with a possible extension to 11 months.
The successful candidate will have experience in radio — organizing network or radio station events. In addition, they should have a strong track record in leading successful social campaigns advocating a concept or value, not a product, at an international level.
Also, the candidate would ideally be Paris-based, but could work remotely. They should have an excellent command (written and spoken) of either English or French, and a good knowledge of the other.
The position requires working with broadcast organizations and radio stations worldwide to enhance collaboration and joint strategic campaign implementation of World Radio Day. It also includes encouraging cooperation with other partners, UNESCO field offices and national commissions.

The deadline is Sept. 20.
