The Radio Academy, based in the United Kingdom, has announced the election of three new trustees to its Board of Trustees.
Molly Guinness, Rob Littlejohn and Adam Uytman are the new members.
Guinness is executive producer of Times Radio Breakfast.
Littlejohn previously worked at BBC Radio 1Xtra, Asian Network and Radio 1. Most recently he is head of audio for Fire in the Booth on Apple Music and also runs a production company working across the radio, independent and podcast sector.
Uytman was most recently international development director at Acast, and previously producer at Beat 106, program director at Kerrang! and XFM, an editor at BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, 2 and 6 Music, and director of content at Listen/Wisebuddah.
The seat terms are for three years. Adele Cross, Kathryn Anastasi and Will Jackson will be leaving the board.
Board Chair Helen Thomas said of the departing, “All have contributed hugely to a period of terrific growth and continued evolution for the charity, and I know all our members will be hugely grateful.”
The Radio Academy says it is dedicated to the promotion of excellence in U.K. radio and audio.
