AV Media & Events (AVME) has launched a new event for the podcasting world. The Podcast Show 2021 will take place May 26–27 in London.
With partners such as Spotify, BBC Sounds, Acast, Audioboom, organizers say they expect to attract some 6,000 attendees to the Business Design Centre located in heart of London’s media district.
Featuring a host of keynotes, sessions, workshops and live podcasts, the show will offer insight into industry trends, ideas and thought leadership.
With business and technology in focus during the day, the two-day event will open up to a wider audience at night. It’ll serve as a meeting place for the European industry to do business but also where young aspiring podcasters can come and immerse themselves with industry professionals.
“Welcoming the podcast industry by day, the event will present over 100 leading global brands, technologies and solution providers,” said the organizers. “At night, the event promises two unforgettable evenings of celebration. A unique chance for podcast listeners to experience their number one shows brought to life by exclusive live broadcasts, celebrity meet-and-greets, autograph signings, drinks and fringe entertainment.”
