CRA unveils ‘Audio x Mixed Media Modeling’ session at Heard 2025
Tech Focus: The Telos Alliance says its Omnia Forza is a versatile family of virtual audio processing solutions that can be installed on local off-the-shelf servers, preinstalled on the Telos Alliance AP-3000 hardware platform or remote-hosted using cloud services.
Forza FM provides five bands of audio processing for FM and HD broadcasts, with all-new wideband and multiband AGCs and limiters, the Silvio clipper from Omnia.11 and an integrated stereo generator. Outputs include composite over IP and μMPX for analog FM, plus a peak-limited L/R output for HD1 or DAB.
The company says that Forza HDS also employs a five-band processing architecture to deliver a consistent, polished audio signature to HD, DAB and streaming audio listeners. Its processing algorithms, AGCs and multiband limiters are designed specifically to meet the unique demands of HD and streaming channels. They are augmented with Omnia Sensus codec conditioning technology and an integrated LUFS target-driven ITU-R BS.1770 loudness controller.
Both Forza processors boast a single-page UI with “smart” controls that allow even first-time operators to achieve quality audio while giving processing pros the fine-tuning controls they expect.
