DTS report highlights importance of vehicle ownership and third-space role
Radio Cazin is a local Bosnian public radio station broadcasting from Cazin in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Radio Cazin was founded on Sept. 2, 1975, by the municipality of Cazin and was originally a subsidiary of the Radio Sarajevo network. Since 1993, Radio Cazin has had a sister television service called RTVC. Radio Cazin’s programming includes various programs such as music, sports, local news and talk shows. Due to its favorable geographical position, Radio Cazin easily covers the entire region of Bosanska Krajina and part of Lika-Senj county in neighboring Croatia, to an average audience of 60 thousand loyal followers.
When Radio Cazin’s management decided to build a new main studio, its technical team committed to AEQ‘s digital technology by choosing its AEQ AudioPlus automation system and AEQ Forum central console.
AEQ developed AudioPlus to suit stand-alone stations or large networks with multiple stations. It incorporates tools for manual, automatic and remote-controlled playout, automatic programming of music and advertising, content generation and editing. Designed for Windows operating systems and SQL Server databases, it has a simple self-installation wizard, is compatible with low-cost audio cards and has complementary editing and management tools.
The AEQ Forum IP Split console is designed for on-air broadcast studios. It incorporates all the essential features necessary in this type of environment, including automatic monitor cut, cough cut, fader start and control signals for the automation of external equipment and management of external communications. It comes with the FR Core modular engine in three-rack units and comprises up to six quad-fader modules and a control and monitoring unit.
