The publication is debuting the RedTech Tribe Award program to honor — and showcase — the most innovative and impactful technologies available today. The scheme recognizes and rewards excellence in radio, audio, imaging and podcasting.In addition to the main innovation award, there is a special category designed to encourage creativity and proof-of-concept of projects developed by young industry talent.
Along with celebrating industry innovation, RedTech’s goal through this endeavor is to help support this sector during these challenging times. So we’re asking you to also provide us with input on which industry-related charity cause you think should receive the donation, and why.

The RedTech Awards recognize excellence and achievement in the radio and digital audio sectors.
Benefits
RedTech will award winners during the virtual 2021 Radio Week in Paris with a digital certificate. Winners will also receive a marketing package that includes:
- A prime positition with product coverage in the special RedTech Awards digital guide that highlights all entries
- Coverage in the RedTech digital newsletter, as well as the RedTech March print edition
- Social media coverage
- International exposure
- The chance to make a difference through contributing to an important industry-related cause.
All participants who submit an entry will be covered in the special RedTech Awards digital guide.
ENTRY PROCESS
A panel of independent industry experts will evaluate all nominations. Factors taken into account include product market relevance; design; business/operational benefits; conceptual innovation; technical excellence and cost-effectiveness.
Entry submission requirements:
- Product name
- Company name (including address)
- 500-word text explaining why the product should receive a RedTech Award
- A high-resolution (300 dpi) product image
- Company URL
- Billing info (payment when entry is submitted)
- Suggestions of up to three industry-related charity causes and why you think they should receive the grant
Costs
Each product entry costs €450, two entries cost €800
RedTech Tribe members (become a member) benefit from a €50 discount per entry: €400 for one entry and €700 for two entries.
