U.DAB launches largest small-scale DAB multiplex in the U.K.
Radio broadcast equipment maker Inovonics has announced new firmware releases for the 611 streaming monitor (Rev. 1.0.0.10) and the 677 Triple Tuner (Rev. 1.0.0.6). The updates are free.
Firmware updating is not to be taken lightly. Inovonics cautions, “We recommend saving a fresh Hardware Profile, as there´s a chance that the firmware update could affect user settings. Please consult the user manual for instructions.”
In other Inovonics news, the company has been producing model-specific videos for some time if you didn’t know. A new group just popped up on the company’s YouTube page. The latest 3–4-minute informative videos are: 541 FM modulation monitor, 551 and 552 HD Radio modulation monitors, 611 streaming monitor and the 677 Triple Tuner.
