Radio imaging, voiceover, programming, podcasting and jingles provider Benztown has announced that the Independent Broadcasters Association has selected the company’s StudioTexter as its official texting platform. The texting service and contesting and communications platform is exclusively for radio stations. The company says that through its new partnership with IBA, StudioTexter is now available to members at a price especially budget-friendly for independent radio broadcasters.
StudioTexter provides stations with free incoming SMS messages with unlimited keywords and enables stations to schedule multiple contests, use templates, pick random winners and send direct replies to listeners. StudioTexter’s Auto Responder lets stations easily schedule automated messages and replies from on-air talent for incoming texts.
