Belgian branding house Brandy created a new sonic logo for LFM, the largest French-speaking commercial radio station in Switzerland. The station targets an adult audience with news plus music from the 80s to the present. LFM is part of Media One Group, which also has One FM under its wing.
At the end of 2020, Brandy created a Christmas sound for LFM. Now, it has fleshed out the sonic campaign. The station’s slogan, “LFM, les plus belles chansons,” has been integrated into a contemporary jingle package that radiates great positivity, said the branding house. The integration of the slogan gives the logo even more character and melodic recognizability, it added.
“LFM needed a thorough makeover,” commented Fabrice Benedet, artistic director at LFM.
The LFM package is composed of custom-made tracks and a few tracks from the Brandy catalog in which LFM’s new sonic logo has been incorporated. It includes 10 jingles, a top of the hour, and beds for news and weather.
