Anticipating the busy times of the IBC Show next month, Broadcast Radio is announcing ahead of the show its latest addition to the Myriad 6 automation platform — Myriad Schedule Pro.
Obviously it’s a scheduler. A Broadcast Radio release said, “Designed for the modern station of any size, Myriad Schedule Pro allows broadcasters to shape their station sound with precision, flexibility, and intelligence — whether they utilize it on-premise, in the cloud, or via a hybrid scenario.”
Detailed features include “allowing stations to plan music and organize content from a single unified interface. Songs, links, promos, and advertisements are moved directly between scheduling and playout systems — without replication and with the confidence of what you see in scheduling being exactly what’s broadcast on-air.”

Broadcast Radio picks out the “highly customizable clock system,” an “intelligent log review system” and an “audience engagement” module as highlights.
According to the release, the clock system is, “assisted by over 100 user-definable scheduling rules governing song separation, artist rotation, album balance, tempo flow, and more — with sophisticated rule sets for artist groups and related entities. This level of precision provides programmers complete creative and technical command of the station’s sonic identity.”
Myriad is also compatible with other automation platforms, according to Broadcast Radio.
The Broadcast Radio team will be at the IBC Show, Stand 8.B77g.
