Genelec monitors support recording studios at Tallinn music academy
WinMedia is expanding its international footprint with the appointment of Florin Velea-Grumezea as its new commercial manager.
An industry veteran, WinMedia says Velea-Grumezea’s vast experience in the broadcast sector, from the studio to the transmitter, will complement the company’s strategy toward increasingly managing turnkey projects.
“We’ve been handling more and more turnkey projects, which require AoIP and NDI knowledge for video, integrating — with the help of our local partners in many countries — visual radio systems for national radio stations,” explained Stéphane Tésorière, CEO WinMedia.
In addition to his in-depth knowledge of software, WinMedia says that Velea-Grumezea’s mastery of foreign languages will be most valuable, and will enable the firm to expand even further into markets, including Eastern Europe.
“I’m delighted that Florin has joined our team, as he will continue the work we started three years ago and which has proven to be rewarding with many customers placing their trust in us to modernize their infrastructures,” said Tésorière.
