Vietnam’s national radio broadcaster Voice of Vietnam is upgrading some facilities in Hanoi and a new studio build in Danang with Lawo consoles and other equipment.
Most recently in the multistage project, VoV has put in three Lawo diamond and three crystal consoles along with two pairs of Lawo Power Core routers.
The Lawo equipment is being installed into VoV’s Ravenna AoIP network which “not only enhances the technical capabilities of VOV’s radio production but also improves overall operational efficiency,” according to an announcement.
A Voice of Vietnam representative said in the release, “The expansion of Voice of Vietnam’s broadcast infrastructure marks an important step in our ongoing efforts to modernize and streamline our operations. Lawo’s solutions provide us with the flexibility and reliability we need to deliver high-quality content to our listeners, both in Vietnam and internationally.”
Lawo’s Singapore-based partner Broadcast Communications International led the installation while Lawo helped with the Ravenna integration and set-up of the Power Cores.
