SwissRadioDay has revealed four speakers for its 2026 conference, with sessions focusing on three of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the audio industry: Programmatic advertising, podcast monetization and developing the next generation of talent. The event takes place Thursday, Aug. 27, at Kaufleuten in Zurich and will also be available online and on-air.
Ralf Brachat, managing director of Swiss Radioworld AG, will present a session titled “Programmatic,” examining how programmatic trading is reshaping the radio advertising market. Roman Mösli, director of partner solutions at CH Media, will lead “Podcast ROI,” exploring strategies for building sustainable revenue from podcasts.
The conference will also focus on the future of the medium through two sessions on talent development. Jenny Kitzka, project lead at YouMedia, will join podcaster Gianfranco Salis to present “Next Gen Audio” and “Next Gen Media,” examining how broadcasters can identify, support and inspire the next generation of audio creators.
Organizers said this year’s program will examine how new technologies, evolving business models and emerging content creators are transforming the audio landscape. Alongside the conference sessions, attendees will have opportunities to network during a lunch session and an afternoon reception.
Although SwissRadioDay focuses on the Swiss market, the topics on this year’s agenda reflect broader trends across the global audio industry, including digital advertising, podcast business models and strategies for attracting future talent.
