Sempf spent eight years heading up RMS in Germany before packing it in and going on sabbatical in May 2020, just as the Covid 19 pandemic hit. As restrictions loosened, he found a new purpose, building a radio sales house in Uganda.
What was meant to be a month as a consultant, turned into a new business opportunity and a life changing decision. Listen as Sempf talks about melding the best of Europe and Africa to boost the business of Radio in East Africa.
