Summ’it aims to connect audiences through audio storytelling
After the Belgian radio association maRadio.be agreed with Amazon to distribute Radioplayer through the Alexa platform, it announced the introduction of Radioplayer in the Orange TV boxes and the Orange store.
In addition, Belgian radio stations now benefit from international deals signed with some of the world’s biggest automotive companies like Renault and Volkswagen Group’s software company Cariad. The latter shapes the in-car audio of over two million vehicles, including Audi, VW, Porsche and Lamborghini in Europe and Canada.
In June, maRadio.be launched a broad-scale advertising campaign to promote Radioplayer and encourage listeners to download the Radioplayer application. The association’s 34 member radio stations, French-speaking television, press and digital ads promoted the online platform.
Brussels South Airport also advertised the campaign.
