The International Women’s Podcast Festival has announced more speakers and workshops for this year’s event in Central London, Oct. 3–4. Content is Queen, in partnership with Spotify, is hosting the two-day event, which aims to unite the global community of female innovators and leaders in podcasting, audio and broadcasting.
Now in its fourth year, the event will feature live podcast shows, masterclasses and curated workshops designed to accelerate careers and enhance audio skills. Event organizers say attendees can look forward to sessions with the creators behind some of the world’s most popular podcasts and networking events with podcasters and producers globally.
IWPF says attendees can join these informative and inspirational sessions to gain practical tips on the craft of podcasting through:
- Building an engaged community with Renée Kapuku and Courtney Daniella Boateng from To My Sisters.
- Workshopping podcast formats with producer and presenter Meera Kumar.
- Booking great guests with Jennie Becker from Sliding Doors.
- Elevating interview podcasts with Golda Arthur from RadioGold Productions.
- Improving the quality of podcast sound with audio producer and educator Lisa Hack.
- Creating brilliant ads with Kate Mander and Dani Murphy from Just Add Joy.
- Protecting intellectual property with Kelsey Morgan from Lawful Creators.
- Starting a podcast with zero following to a large, engaged audience with Pilar Nalwimba and Raj Pander from the upcoming podcast “On To The Next One.”
- Directing audio theatrics with the ‘queen of audio drama’ Ella Watts, head of production at Six to Start.

Boateng says, “This festival is where women can amplify their stories and voices. I’m excited to join a phenomenal lineup of women to discuss the potential in the podcast space.”
Content is Queen event producer Kat Molesworth says, “The impact of the International Women’s Podcast Festival lasts throughout the year. When I first attended as a guest in 2018, the connections and ideas I took away from the event catapulted my career. Until you’re in the room, you can’t really understand the value of bringing women in the industry together to share their ideas, expertise and knowledge.”
