Sennheiser Spectera sits at center of NEP Australia’s audio overhaul
Dante-enabled press boxes are now available through Broadcasters General Store (BGS) as the retailer adds AudioPressBox to its extensive product lineup.
AudioPressBox is a European manufacturer of press conference audio distribution amplifiers and is the market leader in press boxes in more than 60 countries. The company says its rugged press unit is ideal for audio distribution at press conferences, presentations, and events where an audio signal has to be transmitted or recorded.
“We are thrilled to bring AudioPressBox products to our customers,” says Dave Kerstin, owner of BGS. “This is the only company in the world that provides Dante-enabled press boxes, which is a big deal and very much in demand from BGS customers.”
The latest product from AudioPressBox is the AudioPressBox APB-216 C-D, a professional, portable, and Dante-enabled pressbox. A built-in rechargeable Accu pack with a 10-hour battery time means it can be used even if there is no access to electricity to provide total flexibility.
The unit has two mic/line inputs, one Dante input and up to 16 x balanced outputs which are switchable between mic or line.
