Zeno Media has partnered with WWHR-FM, known as Revolution 91.7, to support the station’s digital audio streaming and expand access to its programming.
WWHR-FM serves audiences across south central Kentucky, in the United States southeast, with a mix of alternative music, specialty shows and student-produced programming. The station operates as part of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, a regional city north of Nashville, and functions as a training platform for students pursuing careers in broadcasting and media.
Under the agreement, Zeno Media will provide streaming infrastructure across mobile, web and connected devices, allowing WWHR-FM to distribute its content beyond its terrestrial broadcast footprint in the United States. The company says the platform also gives the station greater control over its streaming inventory, including access to programmatic tools to manage and monetize advertising.
