WorldDAB has opened registration for the WorldDAB Automotive 2021 conference. The live online event will take place on June 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CEST. It is free to register and attend.
Organized into four sessions, the conference will look at how auto and device manufacturers are working with broadcasters to create a richer digital radio experience.
Patrick Hannon, president of WorldDAB; Caroline Beasley, CEO of Beasley Media Group; Martin Koch, head of Development, Entertainment & Car Functions at Volkswagen Group; and Antonio Arcidiacono, director of Technology & Innovation for EBU will speak about the big picture of radio’s future in the car.
The second session will cover creating a seamless listener experience with Joan Warner, Commercial Radio Australia; Joseph D’Angelo, Xperi Inc.; Guru Nagarajan, Google; Glyn Jones, Arqiva; and Jean-Marc Dubreuil, WorldDAB, France.
Nick Poggot will speak on new DAB+ research and the in-vehicle experience
